We’re so glad you’re here. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your Tallulah Lou order gets from our shop to your doorstep — with care and intention.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45 (before tax and discounts).

  • Orders under $45 ship at a flat rate of $6.95.

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please email melea@shoptallulahlou.com before placing your order.
    If available, we’re happy to accommodate — all expedited shipping fees must be paid by the customer prior to fulfillment.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed or text to you as soon as your order ships.

  • If you haven’t received tracking within three business days, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • If a package is missing, check with neighbors, your local carrier, or post office before filing a claim.
