Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love every piece you purchase from Tallulah Lou. As a small, independently owned boutique, we curate limited quantities and bring in new styles often, allowing us to offer a thoughtful mix of unique pieces rather than large runs of the same item.
Because our inventory turns quickly, we offer returns within a 7-day window and issue store credit only.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME
Effective January 3, 2025, all approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Online orders must be requested within 3 days of delivery and received back within 7 days of delivery.
In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
LATE RETURNS
Returns received outside of these timeframes will be declined.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Due to hygiene standards and limited availability, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit: bodysuits and bralettes, swimwear, fragrances, skincare and beauty products, jewelry, hats and accessories, home goods, any item purchased at 20% off or more including sitewide sales or promotional codes, and any item marked Final Sale.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email melea@shoptallulahlou.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist.
GIFT RETURNS
Gifted items may be returned for store credit only. Please include the order number if available.
