Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Tallulah Lou. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return — here's everything you need to know.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of your order being marked as delivered.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene standards and limited availability, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits and bralettes

  • Swimwear

  • Fragrances, skincare, and beauty products

  • Jewelry

  • Hats and accessories

  • Any item purchased at 20% off or more, including during sitewide sales or with promotional codes

  • Any item explicitly marked Final Sale

How to Start a Return

Email melea@shoptallulahlou.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Your preferred refund method (original payment or store credit)

You’ll receive instructions and return options:

  • Prepaid label (return shipping cost deducted from refund)

  • Ship with your own label

  • Drop off at our Nichols Hills location

Late Returns

Returns postmarked more than 7 days after approval may be declined or refunded as store credit only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.

Gift Returns

Gifted items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Please include the order number if you have it.
