Shopping a preorder item from Tallulah Lou? Here’s everything you need to know before checking out:

Payment + Processing
Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your item in the preorder batch. This allows us to reserve your style in advance and ensure timely delivery once the item is released.

Shipping Timeline
Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page and provided by the manufacturer. These dates are subject to change due to production or transit delays. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your in-stock items will ship first so you can enjoy them without waiting.

Split Shipments
Preorder items will ship separately from in-stock items and receive their own tracking number. There is no delay to your entire order — you’ll receive what’s ready first.

Manufacturer Cancellations
In the rare event a manufacturer cancels production, your preorder item will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
