Job Description:

Tallulah Lou X Jackson Dean + Co., a vibrant boutique located in Nichols Hills, OK, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Boutique Associate to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about fashion but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for social media content creation. If you are outgoing, creative, and have a flair for technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

   - Create and foster positive customer relationships.

   - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

2. Social Media Management:

   - Curate content for Instagram and TikTok.

   - Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and incorporate them into social media strategy.

   - Utilize Canva for content creation and maintaining a cohesive brand image.

3. Technology and Photography:

   - Capture high-quality photos for brand promotion.

   - Demonstrate proficiency in using technology for day-to-day operations.

4. Organization and Creativity:

   - Juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

   - Bring creativity to visual merchandising and product displays.

Qualifications:

- Outgoing, kind, and fun personality.

- Passionate about fashion and staying on top of trends.

- Strong social media skills, specifically with Instagram and TikTok.

- Extroverted with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Positive attitude and ability to have fun while working.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

- Experience in Canva preferred or a willingness to learn.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
