Use & Care
Perfect for gifting or treating yourself to a moment of tranquility. To get the most from your candles:

Initial Burn: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
Maintenance: Keep the wax pool clear of debris and center the wick after extinguishing.
Safety: Burn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time in a well-ventilated area away from drafts, pets, and children. Never leave a candle unattended.

To request a return, log in to your Customer Account and submit a return request from your order history.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on full-price clothing and shoes only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Days 1–5 from delivery:

Approved returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at your choice.

Days 6–7 from delivery:

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

After 7 days from delivery:

Returns are not accepted.

An $8 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit for mailed returns. A return label will be provided.

Returns may also be made in person at our store within 7 days of delivery instead of shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: bags, accessories, lifestyle items, books, décor, gourmet items, home goods, fragrance, home textiles, kitchen items, sale items, gift cards, and any items marked Final Sale.

Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in store.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different size or style is needed, please place a new order using your refund or store credit.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
